Rian Gauvreau

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Rian Gauvreau is an entrepreneur, investor/advisor, and co-founder and Board member of Clio, the premier cloud-based practice management system for the legal industry. Residing in the picturesque city of Vancouver, Rian enjoys a fulfilling life with his wife and four children, balancing his professional endeavours with his commitment to family and community.

Dr. Ali Farahani

Founder and Chief Medical Officer

Ali Farahani is an entrepreneur, investor, and practicing physician who co-founded Aeon Health with Rian in 2022. In addition to founding Aeon Health, Dr. Farahani is the founder of Preventum Health, a specialized, multidisciplinary clinic providing patients with individualized care to maximize one’s health potential.

Matthew King

Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Matthew King oversees all engineering operations at Aeon Health. With over 17 years of experience as both a developer and leader, he has been instrumental in leading strategic initiatives at leading technology companies including Clio, Shopify, and PurposeMed. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and resides with his family in Ottawa.

Michael Chou

Head of Go-to-Market

As Head of Go-to-Market, Michael is responsible for setting and executing sales and marketing strategy for Aeon Health. Prior to Aeon, Michael held leadership roles at Clio and BBTV, and consulted for several early-stage startups, focusing on driving growth through sales, customer success, account management initiatives. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from UBC and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.

Marcus Stein

Head of Customer Success

Marcus Stein is the Head of Customer Success and Support at Aeon Health, responsible for post-sales functions including onboarding, support, and customer success. Prior to Aeon Health, Marcus held senior customer experience roles at Clio and Produce8, where he built foundational infrastructure to support rapid startup growth. Residing on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, Marcus enjoys spending time outdoors with his partner and two dogs.
